¡Hola Comunidad! — Yesterday was a very special night for us. We celebrated Gisselle completing her first leg of chemotherapy — 30% down on this journey to heal and we couldn’t be more grateful for how far she’s come.

Our Café Tinto family is truly something special. We believe this battle continues fueled by all the prayers, love, and good energy being sent her way.

Gisselle is now resting and recovering from this last treatment, and will begin the second leg of this healing journey in early 2026.

Thank you to EVERYONE — for showing up last night at the clinic, for showing up every day at the store, and for holding us with so much love and support.

She is currently facing a significant health complication that requires the unwavering support and care of our family.

Because of this, we have made the heartfelt decision to postpone the opening of our Fishtown store so we can fully support Gisselle’s recovery.

In the meantime, we want you to know that we’re still here to serve you every day at our Feltonville location on Wyoming Avenue in North Philadelphia. We’d love to see you there, and you can also continue to support us through the holidays by ordering online or via DoorDash. Your understanding and compassion during this time mean the world to us. On June 7th, we brought cultura, cold brew, and good energy to Northern Liberties for a special collab with our friends @inchastudios during their collection launch at @huddlephilly.

Our two Café Tinto Cold Brew specials kept the party fueled while @djwreckless215 dropped the perfect mix🪩 — fútbol fans, fashion lovers, photographers, and coffee heads came together like only Philly can. The vibes? Impeccable.
